Why People Seek Counseling

We seek Psychotherapy and/or Spiritual Counseling because we are suffering and we want to feel better.

We seek understanding. We want to be understood. This is human nature. Together we find insight, answers and solutions.

Counseling may seem a little scary, as it will likely create change. Even a positive change can be frightening. We cling to the familiar, to what we think we know, no matter how painful this may be. This is often the root of our suffering.

We all have the capacity to find love and peace within ourselves and within in our relationships. Sometimes this means fully letting go of someone or something.
Many challenges will be resolved in just a session or two. Other issues will require multiple or ongoing  sessions. Only time will tell !

Change happens, whether we like it or not. Counseling helps us become more lovingly and meaningfully involved in our life experiences, choices, and personal evolution.

It is my honor to participate in this beautiful process.  I gratefully engage with my fellow humans in healing through this life, together.
